Following the successful delivery of Stage 1 laboratory fit-out at Kiron Pharma, the Westlab projects team was again engaged to assist with design and fit-out of Stage 2 in Kiron Pharma’s new pharmaceutical facility located in Keysborough, Victoria.

The propriety Modulab Connect Australian-made laboratory joinery system again met the criteria of this clean-room laboratory, and a seamless integration of the second stage was conducted. Key considerations included island benching with floor mounted service spines and ample under-bench storage with a mix of Gratnells and fixed cabinetry.

The manufacture and installation of this project was coordinated efficiently to tie in with the previous Stage 1, and the outcome achieved was a clean and functional laboratory with reconfigurable capability for additional future expansion.
